Step 1-Open an listen to this link: Cell theory

Step 2- Read and complete the "DNA fold it lab". We will talk through Adenine
on the front of the lab when class starts. We will talk through DNA. and color it
correctly for your notebook. A= red Thymine = blue Cytosine= tan Guanine= brown


Step 3- Download and read, "Survival of Organisms". You need your Notebook,
Colored Pencils, Scissors, Glue sticks and Scotch tape for the beginning of the notes
today with your DNA model. *Yours does not have to be as big as my model!


Start Lab as soon as paired on a table.

Finish the Punnett Square lab, use the gene

pairs to tell you the number code range. Select

the numbered drawing that looks the most like

the trait selected done screen shot (Ctrl+Alt+PrtSrn)

your most likely "Kid" then paste into paint, select

and cut JUST the kids picture and then paste

into a Word doc. Create a text box and tell me where

each trait on the face came from- i.e.- Dad's nose,

Mom's eyes etc. I will post a video of how to do this in

the morning. Print off three pictures, one for each

"parent" and one that I will use to grade. This is a

"test" grade=200 points

Have out both your completed "History of You” at the Granite Lab desks when class starts.
I will pair you up after the new seats for the lab, as soon as you are partnered, check your "History of You" answers against each other and the answer guide
